Ping Tom Memorial Park
May in Motion is a citywide initiative to motivate Chicagoans of all ages to get moving. Step class involves high energy aerobic conditioning utilizing a step platform. Participants will step up and down, over and around in this fun, up-beat, fast paced, high energy class. Various step heights are determined by participant’s fitness level ranging from beginner to advanced. All fitness levels welcome. This event will be the kickoff to a month of movement in the parks! May in Motion is about promoting movement in any form!
