Morgan Park Sports Ctr
This activity is designed for slightly advanced skaters, who are in the Basic 4-6 levels, and looking to strengthen their bodies. It takes place OFF-ICE, in the Morgan Park Gymnastics Gym and Studio, and will focus on proper position for jump rotation in the air, while also working on core and muscle strength to make taking off, and landing jumps safer and easier. Skaters need to be Basic 4 qualified in order to register for the class.
