Our Adult Self Defense & Cardio Kickboxing Seminars will allow participants a chance to learn about self-defense tactics in Kungfu, while also getting a nice kickboxing workout! The curriculum includes conflict resolution and non-lethal restraint. Skills include blocks, kicks, punches, falls and throws and work on flexibility, running, endurance, strength, concentration and coordination. We encourage participants who are able to sign up for more than one class for additional practice and develop stronger technique!
