This conditioning class focuses on various fitness components including cardiovascular, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and core stability. Mindful Moves: Mobility for Everyday Life is A musically-guided mobility class designed to improve flexibility, balance, coordination, and posture through controlled movement and breath awareness. Each week focuses on a new area of the body — hips, shoulders, spine, or core — helping participants move more freely, release tension, and feel more confident in everyday movement. This activity is presented by Alight Movement.
