This activity is for participants looking to increase flexibility of joint and muscles and circulation through various limbering, lengthening and relaxation techniques rather than weight-bearing exercise. Unwind and reset with a guided stretch experience paired with calming sound elements. This class focuses on releasing tension, improving flexibility, and helping your body fully relax through slow, intentional movement and a soothing atmosphere.
