Balance & Core Activation is a gentle but effective functional movement class designed to improve balance, stability, and core strength. Participants learn safe weight-shifting, controlled transitions, and simple core-activation drills to support fall prevention and everyday confidence. Suitable for older adults and individuals seeking gradual, supportive movement training. This activity is presented by Alight Movement.
