Adults will learn the fundamentals of skating. As our adults progress through the curriculum, skills will increase in difficulty. Helmets recommended for beginner adults. Gain confidence on the ice with the help of our coaches while socializing with other skaters during Power Class, Off-ice Class, and Skills Class on Saturday mornings. Pre-requisite: Adult Power and Skills. Beginners must be approved by professional coaches.
