This camp is designed for athletes looking to learn, improve, or refine their high jump technique in a positive and supportive environment. Athletes will work through progressive drills, skill stations, and individualized feedback to help build confidence and improve performance. Whether new to the high jump or preparing for the upcoming track and field season, this camp will help athletes develop sound fundamentals while having fun and staying active. This camp is open to athletes of varying experience levels and is a great opportunity to learn from knowledgeable coaches while developing high jump skills in a structured and encouraging setting. Camp Focus Areas: Proper approach and takeoff technique, bar clearance and landing mechanics, speed, coordination, and flexibility, jump-specific strength and conditioning, and confidence building and event knowledge.
