The camp is designed to help athletes develop proper hurdling techniques while building speed, coordination, and confidence. Athletes will participate in progressive drills, hurdle mobility exercises, and event-specific skill stations tailored to their experience level. Coaches will provide individualized feedback to help athletes improve technique, consistency, and overall hurdling performance. This camp is ideal for athletes new to hurdling as well as those preparing for the upcoming track and field season who want to sharpen their skills in a fun, supportive environment. Camp Focus Areas: Lead and trail leg technique, sprint mechanics and approach rhythm, hurdle mobility and flexibility, proper spacing and stride patterning, and confidence and race fundamentals.
