Challenged by a higher level of expectation, achievement, and responsibility, participants are expected to attend two practices per week. Practices are held on Mondays and Wednesdays to prepare for local meets, where awards will be given to all participants. Registration fee includes a F.I.R.E. t-shirt, awards, and AAU membership for athletes competing in AAU meets. Uniform deposit is required ($50), refundable when the uniform is returned.
