Focus Areas: Motions & technique Jumps Intro to stunting Voice projection Chants & sideline cheers Athletes will train in age-based groups, and within those groups, skills will be adjusted based on individual and group progression. Athletes who demonstrate readiness may advance from Beginner to Novice-level material during the 4-week period.
