Cheer Open Gym is a structured training session designed for current cheer athletes who are ready to take their skills to the next level. This weekly program focuses on strengthening fundamentals, improving technique, and safely progressing jumps, tumbling, stunts, and conditioning. Athletes will work under coach supervision in a focused environment that encourages growth, confidence, and skill mastery. This is not free play — each session is intentionally structured to support individual development and advancement within our cheer program.
