This 1 hour long clinic will break down the stroke, swimmers will have the opportunity to watch stroke videos, have them explained and then try out drills and technique themselves. Swimmers will gain knowledge, learn new drills and receive coach feedback. Stroke clinics are not a substitute for swim lessons, participants must have a base knowledge and ability to do the stroke, prior to the clinic.(IN)
