**This lesson will be taught at Pioneer Hi! My name is Abigail and I have been a swim lesson instructor at the park district for 2 years now. I have always had a passion for swimming and I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember so becoming a swim instructor was a no brainer for me! I have been in the pool since I was a baby and joined the inter park swim team when I was nine, which then led to Muskies where I swam until my freshman year of high school. I now have the great opportunity to be a coach for the eight and under age group on otters and am in my second year of volunteer coaching for the younger age groups of the Muskies. I compete with my high school, Rolling Meadows, during the fall season and then for the winter club season I compete with Reach Aquatics. I love working with kids who are aiming to learn new strokes or fine tune their technique!
