Our Teen Team Training program is a fun, supportive, coach-led fitness experience designed for teens of all fitness levels. Whether your teen is brand new to the gym, looking to build confidence or an athlete wanting to cross-train or stay active during the off-season, this program meets them where they are. Each one week session includes two group training classes, coached by Certified Personal Trainers. Workouts focus on proper technique, strength, conditioning, teamwork and safe movement—all in an encouraging environment. Register individually, with a friend, or as part of a group, making it both social and motivating. No prior gym experience is required. As a bonus, all registered participants receive two daily pool passes valid for that week, giving them even more ways to stay active and enjoy summer at the park district. After the first class, participants may attend a Teen Orientation, included with their registration. Completing the orientation makes teens eligible to purchase a fitness membership and continue their fitness journey beyond the program.
