Group Fitness Room
Originating in China, Tai Chi is a low impact, mind-body exercise that consists of slow, flowing movements, controlled breathing, and focused intent. Sometimes referred to "meditation in motion", benefits of the practice include balance, strength, flexibility, and improved cardiovascular health. The class will end with a relaxing, focused practice with verbal guidance and imaging, sending participants away with a positive and relaxed vibe. This is a beginner level class. This class will meet on 6/2, 7/7, 8/4, 9/1
