Group Fitness Room
Increase awareness of your mind and body as well as your overall physical fitness. This class focuses on the classic poses, building the basics with emphasis on alignment of the standing, sitting and twisting poses. Detailed instruction helps you achieve each pose for all levels. All levels welcome. During the summer, this class meets in the Community Center Park across from the Community Center. If there is inclement weather, the class will meet in the Community Center Group Fitness room.
