Semi-private swim lessons offer individualized instruction for all ability levels. Stingrays - Stroke Development Swimmers will be exposed to all four competitive swimming strokes. Instructors will focus on refining swimmers freestyle and backstroke skills, while giving swimmers foundational knowledge on breastroke and butterfly. Swimmers will also review treading water and headfirst entries. Level requirements include confident ability to perform freestyle, backstroke and breastroke without assistance.
