Our Developmental Program (Minnows & Sharks) is designed to bridge the gap between swim lessons and competitive swimming. Emphasis is placed on learning basic competitive skills, improving body awareness in the water, developing positive self-esteem, making friends, and having fun! Practices are at the Sachs Recreation Center. Our Fun & Fit levels (Fun & Fit 1 and Fun & Fit 2) offer the swimmers a chance to continue to improve skills learned at the Developmental or Age Group levels but allow the swimmers a chance to train for the competitive track or train to maintain or build physical fitness in a lower pressure environment free of move up standards or attendance/meet requirements. Fun & Fit 1 is for swimmers 10-14, and Fun & Fit 2 is for swimmers 14&Older. There is an additional USA Swimming registration fee required for these levels.
