Adult Instant Tennis - Learn to play tennis in just a few short weeks, even if you’ve never held a racquet! This program is excellent for those people who have played or taken lessons years ago and need a refresher, or those who are new to the game! Adult Stroke Production - Emphasis is placed on reinforcing the tennis basics: forehand and backhand ground strokes, volleys, and serves. Please dress in appropriate attire for physical activity and bring a tennis racquet. All classes are taught and held at LifeSport Athletic Club using USPTA Instructors. (CP)
