We are excited to expand our pickleball leagues to include options for multiple skill levels. Teams will register based on their skill level and each registration is for a team of 2 players (Only ONE registration is needed per team). All games will be played as doubles and will be self-officiated. Teams will play a best of 3 games versus one other team each week. Teams will play to 15 and must win by 2. Games will be played between 6-8pm with 6-6:30pm as a warm up time and games officially starting at 6:30pm. Teams will keep their own scoresheets which will be signed by each team before being submitted to the site supervisor each night. Teams will play 7 games through the season and end with a single elimination tournament based on season standings. In case of inclement weather, cancelled games will need to be made up prior to the next week’s scheduled games. All players will need a paddle and balls will be provided. Games will be played outdoors at the O’Plaine Community Park Pickleball Courts. Beginner/Social level should know all basic rules and have played full games prior to joining league. This league will not teach participants how to play. The intermediate league is for players who have advanced past the beginner level and are ranked 3.0-3.5 and are looking for the next level up. Advanced is for players ranked 3.75-4.0+ (CP)
