Weighted Walking Adventure: Power Up Your Strides! (Ages 16+) Ready to transform your daily walk into an epic, calorie-torching quest for strength and stamina? Join our instructor-led Weighted Walking class, where you'll strap on customizable weighted vests, ankle weights, or wrist weights to supercharge your steps while building muscle, boosting endurance, and firing up your cardio, without pounding your joints! *Participants must provide their own weighted equipment for the class.
