This is a great opportunity for young players to develop fundamental basketball skills in a fun team environment. The emphasis in these leagues is sportsmanship, skill development, participation, and fun. A smaller court, lower hoops, and a junior-sized basketball are used. We will keep score. All players receive a team jersey and participation medal. Mandatory Skill Day: November 1 from 11 am-1 pm at the Sullivan Community Center. Practices begin the week of December 1 and are held at local schools. Leagues will play 10 games on Saturday mornings/afternoons beginning in January. Occasionally, Friday evening games may be scheduled. Volunteer coaches are needed to lead team practices. All training is provided.
