Swimmers aged 13 to 14 in the Gold Group, a competitive group, are entering a crucial phase where commitment and camaraderie drive their progress. At this level, training intensifies to refine techniques, build endurance, and develop race strategies that prepare athletes to compete with confidence and purpose.Beyond personal performance, swimmers also learn the importance of being valuable teammates—sharing encouragement, showing respect, and motivating one another to improve both in and out of the water. These swimmers learn a balance between individual ambition and collective responsibility, where each set, drill, and meet contributes to a deeper understanding of teamwork, resilience, and what it takes to succeed together.
