This group of divers is selected by coach recommendation or through placement at a scheduled tryout. Divers in this group have a strong passion to improve their diving abilities and want to take their diving to the next level. Divers will be training on both a 1-meter diving board and a 3-meter diving board. These divers also have a strong desire to compete and will attend all Illinois Diving Association meets and Regional competitions. Members must become registered members of AAU Diving. Level 4 divers have a full JO list on 1m and are working towards a JO list on 3m. Minimum of high school age and 3 or more of 1m optional dives should be at a DD of 2.0 or more. Level 3 divers have a JO list on 1m of single flip optional dives and are being introduced to 3m diving.
