Grades 1 - 2 Soccer League – Fall 2026 Join us this fall for an exciting season of soccer. This co-ed league is designed to introduce players to the fundamentals of the game in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Each team will be scheduled for an 8-game season. Registration Deadline: August 4, 2026 Uniforms All players are required to wear the official Buffalo Grove Park District jersey, introduced in Fall 2024. This blue and orange reversible jersey can be purchased for $27 during registration. If a participant does not already own a current jersey, one must be purchased. Required Equipment Size 4 soccer ball (for practice) Shin guards (must be worn under socks at all practices and games) Soccer cleats or gym shoes (mandatory; baseball, football, and metal cleats are not allowed) Official BGPD jersey (mandatory for games) Water bottle (recommended for all practices and games) Program Supervisor For additional information, contact Phoebe Guercio at pguercio@bgparks.org or 847.850.2019.
