Our Girls Flag Football Camp is the perfect place for players of all skill levels to discover why flag football is one of the nation’s fastest-growing sports. Campers will learn key fundamentals including stance, receiving, rushing, blocking, and defense, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship. Each day ends with a friendly scrimmage, giving players the chance to put their new skills into play. Everyone gets the opportunity to rotate through positions like receiver and running back, ensuring a complete football experience. No equipment is needed—just bring your energy, a snack, and a water bottle each day! Campers will be grouped by age, size, and ability for a fun and safe environment focused on growth and confidence.
