Now parents can spend some quality time and train with their child or grandchild in the NEW class at Focus Martial Arts! Here's what you can expect in this class: basic fitness, Shotokan Karate training, basic self-defense, Kata (forms), Kumite (sparring), fun and interactive training, and a lifetime investment in time with your child or grandchild. Equipment: Beginner package includes Gi (uniform), white belt and fist guards. Sold at Focus. Registration is required for each individual participating. Uniforms are required for all classes and can be purchased from Focus Martial Arts on the first day of class
