Beginning students will develop fundamental wheel throwing techniques like center, throw, and trim clay pieces. Returning students will refine their skills to create more complex pieces. Wheel throwing will focus on learning centering, pulling, and trimming skills on the potter’s wheel. Instructor demonstrations are designed for multi level students. All glaze, specialty tools, 12.5lb of clay, and firing are included in the class fee. Cancellations and withdrawals must be done 5 days before the start of class to avoid $50 cancellation fee.
