Learn dance without the pressure of performing! AH Dancers learn contemporary terminology and build upon foundational concepts through storytelling, partnering, floorwork, and improvisation. They will develop emotion, energy, and breathwork. Having at least 1 year of prior dance experience will improve movement quality. AH
