Our Girls Developmental Program focuses on advanced tumbling and equipment skills, with emphasis on progressive skills leading to the competitive gymnastics level. The gymnast is also introduced to dance elements in the gymnastics setting. At this level, self discipline and internal motivation become emerging benefits for the athlete. The goal is for the gymnast to eventually move into our competitive team once skills and techniques are mastered. This program is by invitation only. (KG)
