Looking for a way to get some exercise, have fun and fulfill your goal of participating in a 5K? Condition yourself to run three miles safely and effectively in this 10-week, walk-to-run program. Dr. Krystian Garbicz and her team at Reset Chiropractic & Wellness Center lead each session that includes educational workshops on proper stretching, shoes, equipment, heart rate monitoring and strengthening. Participants should be able to comfortably walk for 30 minutes prior to starting the program and, upon completion, will be able to run a 5K. Please wear comfortable clothing with athletic socks and shoes.
