Do you relish the sport of pickleball? A recreational, yet slightly-competitive, pickleball league for singles and doubles. Participants will play 6 games - round robin style - with different partners and opponents each game. An Intermediate player understands the strategy, court positioning, can keep score and are likely to be playing tournaments. Players of this level can serve and return but the shot may lack pace, depth or direction. Award presented at the end of the season to the top performer of the league.Competitive players should display consistent and dependable strokes, including directional control and depth on both forehand and backhand shots. Reliable serves, lobs, overheads, approach shots and volleys and can use spin shots with some success. Players should demonstrate 3rd shot strategies and drop shots. Competitive players also have a full understanding of the rules.
