<p><span style="background-color: white;">Improve endurance, pace, and stroke proficiency. Swimmers must already be skilled in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. Butterfly and flip turns are also introduced. Participants must be approved by a coach to register for this level, after mastery of Intermediate Swimming class skills. </span></p>
