In this introductory wheel throwing class, students will focus primarily on basic wheel throwing mechanics. The students will learn how to wedge, center, throw, and trim clay involved with wheel thrown pottery. During the course, students will work towards completing cups/mugs, vases, and bowls in a collaborative communal studio atmosphere.
