🎉 Esports Gaming Birthday Party Level up your celebration with a fun, flexible gaming birthday party at the Esports Lounge! Guests can enjoy time playing their favorite games while our staff supervise the gaming area, assist with game logins and setup, and help guests get connected and playing. Party Details Package includes the birthday child + up to 10 guests (11 total youth/teen). Flexible accommodation up to 16 gaming guests when needed, depending on the party setup. Maximum: 20 guests (all ages) Guests should arrive at 12:00P. The Esports Lounge will be in use until your reserved time. What’s Included 2.5-hour party reservation, plus 30 minutes early arrival for setup (11:30A) Supervised open gaming in the Esports Lounge Multipurpose party room for food, cake, and gifts Game Library Link Trash removal Things to Know You may bring your own decorations, food, and drinks. Use sticky-tack only for hanging decorations (no tape). Please provide your own plates, cups, utensils, candles, lighter, etc. Food must be catered or pre-packaged (birthday cake is the exception). Guests are asked to sanitize before returning to the gaming area. Please note that cancellation requests received up to 14 days prior to party date are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation requests made within 14 days of party dare are not eligible for a refund.
