GRC Main Gym
Throw a birthday party everyone is sure to remember! Our fun and experienced coaches will provide exciting activities for your party at the GRC! Activities include an inflatable obstacle course, foam pit, gymnastics stations, games, and fun! We will work closely with you on every detail to ensure your birthday party is filled with fun. Let us throw your party with memories that will last a lifetime! Party Reservation Information The base party package allows up to 15 participants including the birthday child(ren). Adults observing from the lobby/balcony do not count towards this total. (NEW: More added guests available!) Add up to ten extra guests at $20 each for a maximum of 25 children. Extra guests are treated as a merchandise add-on and will appear in the "Frequently bought together" popup during your registration. You will not be able to add guests after booking your party. Contact us if you need extra guests afterwards and we will try to accomodate the change at the supervisor's discretion. We can refund extra guests up to 7 days before the party. GRC party favors are also available as an optional add-on during booking for $6 each. Party Format Parties are 2 hours long and feature 1 hour 15 minutes for the children in the gymnastics area, then 45 minutes in our party room. Parties will start with a brief presentation on safety in the gym, leading into gymnastics activities and games. Adults are free to relax with plenty of great views of the fun from our lobby and upstairs balcony! Once done in the gym area, all participants will be escorted to the party room where they can enjoy food, cake, and presents. Party leaders will help with serving food and help clean up the room afterward, including carrying the party supplies and presents to your car and trash removal. Every Party Includes: A T-Shirt for the birthday child. A dedicated party leader. Party room. Planned games and activities. Help with food service and clean up. Assistance moving supplies/gifts to your car. Trash removal. Please note that cancellation requests received up to 14 days before the party date are eligible to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation requests made within 14 days of party date are not eligible for a refund. Things To Note: All food must be either catered or otherwise pre-packaged, with the exception of birthday cake. Be mindful of potential allergies of your party goers! Decorations and supplies (including plates, cups, utensils, candles, lighter, etc) are the responsibility of the party host. Bring sticky-tack if you wish to hang decorations on the walls -- it is the only adhesive allowed in the party room (no tape!). Party-goers must have a signed waiver to take part in the gymnastics activities. Waivers are available online and at the GRC, and must be signed by a parent/guardian. Oak Park resident registration for opens 120 days before the party date. Non-resident registration opens 90 days before the party date.
