RCRC Pool
This course is for students who have mastered functional swimming and would like to fine tune technique and develop endurance. Students refine freestyle, and learn stroke technique for the 4 competitive strokes. Students ages 11+ who are familiar with all strokes are also encouraged to register for Swim Team Prep, listed under Specialty Swim Classes.
