Unleash your creativity in our Stained Glass Art class, designed for beginners and seasoned artists alike! This hands-on 5-week class will guide you through the enchanting world of Tiffany style (copper foil method) stained glass, where you’ll learn essential techniques such as glass cutting, foiling, and soldering. Weeks 1 and 2- Introductory Techniques: Perfect for beginners. Together we will work through the steps of the entire process to create a small practice piece using scrap glass. Along the way you will learn about tools and materials, safety precautions, and tips and trips for success. If you have prior experience, delve into advanced design principles and begin working on a project at your own pace. Weeks 3 and 4- Creative Expression: Work on a personalized project that reflects your unique style, whether it's one of our premade patterns or you'd like help creating your own. Week 5- Finish projects to take home. Materials Provided: All necessary tools and materials will be provided, including a variety of glass colors and textures.
