This is a beginning skills class taught by coaches from Oak Park Youth Baseball and Softball, where general skills for the sport are taught for development. Baseball basics include throwing, catching, hitting, fielding, pitching and running the bases. In addition, all participants must bring their own glove, bat and helmet.
