Ages 9-14 The fall ultimate frisbee league is open to youth ages 9-14. Ultimate frisbee is a fun, fast growing, non contact sport that emphasizes teamwork and player leadership through self officiating. It is also an excellent crossover sport for athletes who play soccer, basketball, football, or lacrosse by helping develop conditioning, agility, cutting, field awareness, and hand eye coordination. Each league night, mixed gender teams will participate in a short practice focused on skill development through activities like throwing accuracy games, partner catching, Randy Moss drills, footwork games, and pulling contests, followed by league play. Great for multi-sport athletes looking to stay active and competitive during the fall season. Bring: Athletic shoes or cleats, water, frisbee (if you have one)
