"Synergy Competitive Team Tryouts" Ready to shine? Join us for Synergy Competitive Tryouts and take your skills to the next level! Performers will have the opportunity to try out in their preferred genre and showcase their abilities in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment. Tryout Schedule: Cheer: 9:00–11:00am Dance: 11:30am–1:00pm Pom: 1:30–3:00pm Participants may register for one or multiple categories if interested. Tryouts will be held at the Joliet Park District Kathy Green Multi-Purpose Center Gym. During tryouts, athletes will be evaluated on motions, dance, jumps, and tumbling. Participants will be grouped by age upon arrival; however, final team placement will be determined by skill level and overall performance. Performers may be placed in a different age division than originally registered to ensure the best team fit. A $10 nonrefundable tryout fee is required. Please note that there are no makeup tryouts, and participants must actively engage in the evaluation process—competitive programming may not be the right fit for those unwilling to participate.
