Scene study has long been an excellent tool for actors and this focused class encourages students to grow by working their craft through direct experience. In this workshop actors will work individually and in groups to gain valuable experience and build their acting techniques and skills. Our class will dive into short scenes, and students will be guided on how to analyze text and character, get to the "heart" of the scene, practice deep listening, identify objectives and tactics, and so much more! In a supportive, nurturing and fun environment, actors will work through a series of scene work, and directly practice skills & techniques that focus on emotions, motivations, and scene preparation.
