Your child will acquire rhythm, coordination and self-esteem from tap and develop poise, grace and self-confidence in the ballet portion. In these introductory classes your child will move through basic technique taught at the barre or in center, basic steps and traveling combinations. They will learn combinations and improve their memory. Dancers will learn techniques and skills throughout the year, and during our winter/spring session. Each class will learn 2-3 dances that will be performed in our Spring Recital. Ballet shoes are required. Supervisor: Kathi Wencewicz.
