Get ready to run and jump in this exciting class! Little ones will be introduced to the basics of track and field, including throwing (using noodles for javelin, tennis balls for shot put, and soft frisbees for discus), jumping (low hurdles and long jump), and running (short and long distances, relay races). The program also focuses on balance, body movement, and stretching. The final class will feature a fun mini track and field meet to showcase what they've learned. This is a great way to give kids a positive introduction to the world of track and field. Please bring a water bottle. Supervisor: Nick Bacarella
