Our chefs-in-training will learn how to make Wonderful and nutritious recipes inspired by each of the 7 Wonders of the World. Each class will feature 4 unique dishes, so students can explore a variety of flavors and cooking techniques. Our diverse an exciting menu features matcha cookies, horchata, paneer tika, Brazilian cheese bread, and spinach and artichoke dip! Foundational cooking skills will be taught, including proper techniques for measuring, mixing, slicing, dicing, and of course, kitchen safety! All ingredients and supplies are provided!
