Our chefs-in-training will learn how to make delicious and nutritious recipes inspired by cuisine from Europe. Each class will focus on a new country and its unique dishes. Students will enjoy pan de mais from France, wedding cookies from Greece, gazpacho from Portugal, and more. Foundational cooking skills will be taught, including proper techniques for measuring, mixing, slicing, dicing, and of course, kitchen safety! All ingredients and supplies are provided!
