All the fun and challenge of a typical TRX class in a 45-minute format! Build posture, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility with the method of leveraging body weight. Every exercise is powered by the abdominals. Form technique is monitored and modifications provided by certified TRX trainers to enable you to be safely challenged.
