Build posture, strength, balance, and mobility by leveraging body weight using TRX straps combined with the cardio power of boxing. Form and technique are instructor-monitored with any necessary modifications provided by certified boxing and TRX trainer(s) to enable participants to be safely challenged. Enjoy all the fun and challenge of a typical TRX class combined with elements of boxing. Participants need to bring their own boxing gloves. (km)
