Aqua Walking is low-impact water aerobics exercise that offers a light intensity workout using the natural resistance of the water to strengthen muscles as well as increase balance, coordination and flexibility while being gentle on the joints. Water walking is appropriate for those just starting out or those interested in water exercise. You do not need to be a swimmer for this class. Class cancellations due to inclement weather will be announced through Rainout Line. (SM)
